We'd like to thank you for shopping small with us! We know that shopping for apparel online can be tricky and we want to make sure that you love everything you purchase from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS from the time of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Discounted, special offers, and sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PURE STANDARD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We try to ship orders out within 1 business day. If ordering on a weekend, please allow 2-additional days before tracking will be available for your items. Due to high demand and limited manpower, some items may require additional days to fulfill.
Note: Standard shipping can take up to 2 weeks, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
